Founder and majority shareholder of MRL Advisors GmbH in Munich and Shanghai.
For nearly 30 years, he has primarily advised larger family-owned businesses and corporate groups on strategic issues and complex M&A transactions, particularly in the sale and acquisition of companies.
He began his professional career as a management trainee in the sales of European machinery in Southeast Asia. After earning a degree in business administration and technology management, he gained extensive experience in supporting M&A and strategy projects as part of the executive team at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner.
In addition to providing hands-on consulting, he actively oversees MRL Advisors’ direct investments in Asia in his capacity as a shareholder representative.
